Four new models from the one of the more famed pro-audio companies since the ’70s
Famed pro-audio boffins Cerwin-Vega has announced their new VEGA series of studio monitors which consists of four models.

Included in the range is the VEGA4S, VEGA6S, VEGA8S, and VEGA10S which are housed in all-wood cabinets with rounded edges, with an optional decorative grill that incorporates CV’s magnetic mounting system.
The 4S, 6S, and 8S use a new custom bi-amplifier while the 10S uses a custom triple-amplifier, all based around Class “D” topology, said to offer large headroom and low noise amplification.
Embedded in the line of DSP-controlled monitors is Bluetooth 5.1 and SKAA Pro wireless technology.
The VEGA series nearfield monitor speakers are sold as a pair made up of a Hub and a Satellite monitor.
The Hub monitor is the “control” centre speaker and the Satellite monitor speaker receives SKAA transmission from either the Hub monitor or from other SKAA-integrated sources.
An additional two VEGA satellite monitors can be connected via SKAA wireless technology without any detriment to the speaker performance.
The line is eyeing off shipping dates towards the end of the year.
