The limited edition box set will celebrate their self titled debut-album’s 20th anniversary and will feature a truckload of exclusive goods and memorabilia.
Those who sign up to the Third Man Records’ subscription service by Wednesday October 30 will receive the box set, which includes an LP featuring unheard live recordings from one of the band’s first shows, an LP featuring unheard and alternate takes from tracks on the record, a 24-page archival booklet with a stack of images from the era as well as a DVD of two of the band’s 1999 performances.
For fans to feast on now, the band has released a previously unheard cover of Burt Bacharach’s “Little Red Book” that you can listen to via Pitchfork.
Meanwhile, Jack White has recently recorded a song with Tenacious D, as Black announced during a Nashville gig this week.
