The app shows you diagrams of the chords to play and listens to you play, giving feedback and showing you where you might be going wrong. It is interactive and intuitive, and was named “One of the ten coolest guitar gear innovations of 2015” by Guitar Magazine.
It’s features include Uberpath, a series of unlockable challenges, Chord Trainer, which gives real time feedback, Chord Recogniser, which listens to your chords and tells you what they are, Chord Finder, which helps with voicings of chords, Lesson Editor, which enables you to build your own lessons, and a high precision tuner.
Whilst this wont quite yet replace a guitar teacher helping you learn, Uberchord seems like a great way to make the most of your practice time with instant feedback correcting mistakes and widening your knowledge.
