Two more Australian bands join Download Festival's Lineup

Metalcore And Punk Fans Rejoice

After losing not one but two bands from their lineup, Download Festival's Australian debut has announced their replacements: Perth metalcore six-piece band Make Them Suffer, alongside Melbourne's very own punk outfit, High Tension.

Make Them Suffer completed a staggering 140-date world tour in 2017, in support of their widely praised third LP, Worlds Apart. Having toured with the likes of Northlane, Thy Art Is Murder and Bleeding Through, they're no strangers whatsoever to the big stage - expect to see them unleash their huge symphonic metal/deathcore sound at Flemington Racecourse.

Accompanying them is high octane Collingwood punks High Tension, whose debut album Death Beat was nominated for the best hard rock/heavy metal album at the 2014 ARIA Awards. With an aggressive blend of hard rock, punk and heavy metal, be sure to catch the Melbourne four-piece in their prime at Download Festival 2018.

Download Festival makes its very first Australian debut on March 24 at Flemington Racecourse.
