German guitar manufacturers Framus have debuted the Diablo II, putting a new spin on their tried and true Diablo silhouette as well as adding pristine appointments to the guitar.
The Diablo II combines the body shape of the original Diablo with the distinctive curved contours of Framus' Idolmaker model, resulting in a more comfortable and ergonomic playing experience. The new Diablo II is available in both Masterbuilt and Teambuilt variants, with each coming with high quality electronics and hardware.
For high-end players, the Diablo II Supreme X Masterbuilt model features a premium swamp ash body with a matching electronics cover, as well as a carved AAAA flame maple top, and a maple neck with a rosewood fretboard. On the other side of the spectrum, the Diablo II Pro Teambuilt variant features similar specs, minus the premium figured maple top.
Both models feature a Wilkinson by Framus tremolo system, Graph Tech Tusq nuts and Ratio radius tuners, as well as a Seymour Duncan SCR-1N Cool Rail, SSL-1 RW/RP and a coil-splitting TB-4 JB Trembucker in the pickup department,
Although you'll have to wait till July until you can get your hands on these funky lookin' fellas, you can preorder a Diablo II Supreme X or Diablo II Pro today via the Framus website.
Framus is available in Australia through Amber Technology.
