BYRON BAY BLUESFEST ANNOUNCES 2018 LINEUP

Australia's Premier Blues and Roots Festival Returns With A Bang

Bluesfest has dropped its initial artist lineup with some huge names spanning generations, and genres spanning the soul/blues/roots microcosm.

Robert Plant and The Sensational Spaceshifters will be marking the 50th anniversary of Led Zeppelin’s first performance with a tribute touching on many of Plant’s old band’s classics. Lionel Richie will be bringing some big hits and star power, while CHIC featuring Nile Rodgers is bound to have the entire festival on their feet.

This will be the 29th year of Bluesfest and director Peter Noble has said that though this announcement comes packed with heavy hitters there are more to come, and that this will be the festival’s biggest lineup ever. See the entire lineup below.
