AUSTRALIAN MUSIC ICON JOE CAMILLERI HAS EQUIPMENT STOLEN

The Black Sorrows Frontman Has Had A Number Of Instruments Stolden From His Car

Joe Camilleri has had a number of his personal equipment stolen from the back of his car in Parkville, Victoria on Friday.

The incident happened last Friday morning with the stolen items including one of Camilleri's famed Victor Rubin hand-painted saxophones, a Nash guitar, a small amp, guitar pedals, CDs and a ring.

“What these a**holes expect to do with that sax is anyone's guess,” read a post on The Black Sorrow's Facebook page. “Please spread the word and let's see if we can get this gear back.”

A crowdfunding campaign has been set up to raise funds to help replace one of the guitars specifically, which can be donated to here.
