FENDER INTRODUCES NEW DIGITAL LEARNING PLATFORM

Fender Play Marks A Milestone In The Company's Digital Evolution

The Fender Musical Instruments Corporation recently announced the launch of Fender Play, a video-based learning platform designed for desktop and iPhone use, which aims to innovate the guitar education landscape.

Fender Play features hundreds of short, instructor guided video lessons and has a focus on song-based learning. When signing up users are required to answer a variety of questions on their preferred instrument and genre including blues, country, folk, pop and rock with the answers then being used to create a customised learning path.

The program teaches techniques and riffs alongside lessons for hits from some of the world's most acclaimed artists including U2, The Rolling Stones, Foo Fighters, Meghan Trainer and many more. It also contains a catalogue of hundreds of songs designed and arranged for players at different skill levels.

A large glossary of terms, chords and 4K quality multi-camera videos are readily available to users who can also discover relevant articles, tips and tricks based on their learning path. The user-friendly dashboard allows players to view and bookmark their progress and players are able to progress at their own rate.
