Brisbane Festival unveils full 2018 lineup

With indie darlings Ball Park Music and San Cisco set to open the event in September, a variety of Brisbane venues will play host to performances from a curated selection of high-brow international talent, including pscyh-soul wunderkinds Unknown Mortal Orchestra and Canadian indie stalwarts Destroyer. The festival is also set to feature performances from the likes of Eskimo Joe, The Teskey Brothers, Jen Cloher, Tkay Maidza, Sarah Blasko, and Yothu Yindi and The Treaty Project.

If that’s not enough for you, the Brisbane Festival is throwing a closing party to end the festivities with a bang, featurin a stellar lineup including Violent Soho, Methyl Ethel, Meg Mac, and WAAX. There’s also a back-to-back DJ set pitting CC : DISCO and Touch Sensitive against one another, and a musical production called ‘Gratitude and Grief’ which stars the likes of Katie Noonan’s Elixir, Michael Leuing and Camerata. Who knew Brisvegas had so much to offer?
