The supremely talented and proverbially chilled out Wiz Khalifa didn’t want his Taylor Gang fans to have to wait for the release of his upcoming fourth solo studio album. So he released what he’s calling, a new project, in Khalifa.
Weed-obsessed, and comatose-inclined, Wiz Khalifa knows no better than to be his laid back self in these new set of tracks, led by the cloudy-eyed single, ‘Bake Sale (Feat. Travis Scott)’. While album track ‘Zoney’, a collaboration with his son Sebastian, is made notable by the fact that it’s a family affair.
It all follows Khalifa landing a worldwide #1 hit single with ‘See You Agaian’ and, in turn, being nominated for the upcoming 58th Annual GRAMMY Awards in the ‘Song Of The Year’, ‘Best Pop Duo/Group Performance’, and ‘Best Song Written For Visual Media’ categories.
Here’s hoping that the charismatic, cannabis-loving rapper makes his way to Australia in the near future.
Khalifa is out now via Atlantic Records. For more information visit http://www.wizkhalifa.com/
