Using Alnico 4 magnets, the new addition to Seymour Duncan’s pickup catalogue includes a more aggressive PAF style model nut, leaving out the compression on high-output pickups. Giving a smooth chrome appearance, the Seymour Duncan pickups are wax potted to help bring down that unwanted squealing when playing at high volumes. They also come with nickel or gold covers, black uncovered bobbins and zebra uncovered bobbins.

Designed to be fatter and bigger in the bridge, the Seymour Duncans give a clear and less woolly sound in the neck. Aiming to bring a balance of late 70’s arena-rock tones. Having a conventional fit, the new Seymour Duncan Saturday Night special bring out the best in sound and texture for any guitar.
