Fans were subsequently elated when the indie pop trio premiered their new single ‘Ubu’ on Apple Music’s Beats 1 on Tuesday, followed quickly by the announcement of a full album.

Everything is Forgotten will be released on Friday March 3, and was written and recorded by frontman Jake Webb. They album sees the band reunited with British producer James Ford, who worked on last year’s single ‘No. 28’, and whose previous credits include the Arctic Monkeys and Foals.

The group have also released a particularly trippy video for ‘Ubu’, which is just as mesmerising as the music it is set to. The song and video are inspired by playwright Alfred Jarry’s surrealist work Ubu Roi, and are described as ‘a self-portrait of self-flagellation and guilt’. Check it out below.
