Sampa The Great, Baker Boy, KWAME, KAIIT and more to amp up the Aussie contingent for the international-roaming festival which is making its debut Melbourne run this year.
The lineup will also bring a bevy of overseas acts to the Melbourne city streets, including Joey Purp out of Chicago, BAS from New York and Thandiswa Mazwai from South Africa.
Driving the main buzz for the festival will be Aussie-Zambian rapper Sampa The Great whose debut album The Return is set for release soon.
Meanwhile, Baker Boy adds another festival to his year fresh off the announcement of the Falls Festival lineup, which dropped yesterday. He also played at Bluesfest earlier this year.
Running from Tuesday October 15 to Sunday October 20, the festival will host events in nine different venues across Melbourne, including The Forum, 170 Russel and The Gasometer Hotel.
The Red Bull Music Festival will also host a number of different music events, including an open-air hip-hop party, a series of artist curated all-night doofs and more.
