Radiohead's Thom Yorke debuts classical music compositions on BBC Radio

'Don't Fear The Light' and 'Gawpers' Were Streamed By BBC Radio 3

Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke has debuted a selection of brand new classical compositions on BBC Radio 3 overnight.

After first performing 'Gawpers'  with the Minimalist Dream House on a mini European tour earlier this month, Yorke's two pieces were streamed across BBC Radio 3, which featured the exclusive premiere of 'Don't Fear The Light.' You can hear both tracks via the link here - 'Don't Fear The Light' starts around 27.30, while 'Gawpers' plays around the 47 minute mark.

Following on from his experimental score for last year's film Suspirium, Yorke's foray into classical music also featured the French piano duo Katia and Marielle Labeque, as well as Bryce Dressner from The National. Listen to a live recording of 'Gawpers' from the Minimalist Dream House show below.
