After revealing an initial lineup featuring the likes of Vampire Weekend, Banks, Halsey and Disclosure back in August, Falls have doubled down and added a bunch of talent to beef up their stages for summer.
Leading the charge is none other than Atlanta rapper Playboi Carti, who's supposedly gearing up to release his heavily anticipated project Whole Lotta Red in the coming months. Last year's debut record Die Lit saw the rapper pick up a legion of incredibly loyal fans, and if there's any chance he's performing new material at Falls (or even that Young Nudy collaboration), you can expect them in their droves.
The expanded lineup will also see Montaigne, Wave Racer, A Swayze and the Ghosts and rock dogs Holy Holy and Bad // Dreems take the stage in Lorne, Byron, Marion Bay and Fremantle, as well as B Wise, Adrian Eagle and Teen Jesus and the Jean Teasers.
There's also a bunch of acts who'll be performing exclusively at some festivals; Thundamentals, Cosmo’s Midnight and Concrete Surfers are set to play at Byron Bay, The Jungle Giants, Lime Cordiale and Kwame have signed on for Lorne, Illy, Luca Brasi and Kat Edwards are locked in for Marion Bay and Lime Cordiale, Sampa The Great and Sly Withers get to swarm the stage in Fremantle.
