NAMM 2019: Denon DJ introduces Prime 4 standalone DJ system

Prime 4 is the world’s first standalone four-channel DJ unit, offering a ten-inch multi-touch display, dual-zone output, four USB inputs, SD input, dual mic channels and more. Flexibility is at the forefront of the Prime 4 design, granting users the ability to operate the system totally independently of their laptop.

A practical design ensures the unit is ultra-portable and can be easily used in any home studio, on the road or on stage. For performers, Denon DJ has included the handy ability to record your entire set in real-time, even via a media source that is being used for the source music.

“Our excitement is off the chart with the launch of the Prime 4 into the DJ marketplace,” said Denon DJ’s Creative Director, Paul Dakeyne. “Pro-mobile, club residents and home user DJs have been waiting patiently for a truly standalone, four-channel DJ system, with performance features that match our Prime Series mainstage media players and mixer. Finally, a laptop-free, all-in-one DJ system has arrived to cater for any, and all DJ needs and performance demands.”

As the latest addition to Denon DJ’s popular Prime Series range, the Prime 4 seemingly ticks all the boxes and kicks things up a notch.
