Isolate drums, vocals and more with Audionamix’s Xtrax Stems

Using a cloud based algorithim which allows the user to further tailor the seperation process, Xtrax Streams promises to work with both stereo and mono tracks, so you’ll be getting optimum audio quality with every track you isolate. Through an automatic process, Xtrax then splits your track into three isolated stems – vocals, drums, and everything else, which offers a perfect solution for DJs and producers trying to get the perfect vocal sample or drum break without ruining the track’s audio quality.

Xtrax also offers bedroom musicians an optimum practise tool, allowing guitarists to eliminate vocal or drum tracks to focus on nailing tricky instrumentation. While the software is currently only available on Mac, you can check out a demonstration of Xtrax Streams here to see what the fuss is about.
