‘Glass & Patron’ is the first material we’ve heard from the forthcoming FKA twigs EP that’s scheduled for release later in the year. It will be the first release since her debut album LP1 in 2014.
The success of LP1 has launched FKA twigs into the limelight while standout performances at South By Southwest last year cemented her place in the contemporary music venacular.
The YouTube Music Awards are a celebration of the platform as a place where new artists start their careers and connect with new fans. FKA twigs was one of ten artists selected by YouTube and Vice as an artist who has done exactly that, and together with YouTube and Vice, she has created this ‘Glass & Patron’ video.
