The song was initially aired during FKA twigs’ Sountrack 7 residency at the Manchester International Festival, and now gets its official release. FKA twigs co-produced the track with Rick Nowels, and directed the video clip, showing off a suite of artistic talents.
The single is the latest in a consistent line of recent releases by the multitalented British singer-songwriter, following 2015’s M3LLI55X EP, and her 2014 debut album LP1. It is mentioned in the press release that twigs is set to perform the song on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, which could mean that there is an announcement of some sort following that, which makes for exciting times for FKA twigs fans.
