Fender release the Rarities Series Chambered Flame Top Telecaster

Featuring a chambered, two-piece alder body with a natural flame maple top and black centre stripe, the latest addition to the Rarities Series is a certified head turner with tones to match. It’s also loaded with two Tim Shaw designed pickups, including a 50s vintage style bridge pickup and a ShawBucker 1T humbucker in the neck position, with standard Telecaster wiring to appeal to vintage purists.

The Flame Maple Top Chambered Telecaster also features a Modern C maple neck with a 9.5″ fretboard radius, as well as 22 narrow tall frets to allow for enhanced shredding in the upper registers. There’s also a vintage Telecaster ashtray bridge with compensated steel saddles and staggered tuning heads, and comes tucked into a vintage hardshell case. If you loved the Koa Stratocaster or the Red Top Telecaster that preceded Fender’s July drop, then you’ll go gaga for the Rarities Flame Maple Top Chambered Telecaster – it’s pretty deeee-luxe!
