Epiphone have unveiled the Limited Edition Slash Les Paul Standard Plus Top Pro, a new collaboration with their global ambassador which is sure to take the cake as being the longest guitar name ever.
Modeled upon the recent Gibson Custom Shop Les Paul created in conjunction with the Guns N' Roses shredder, the new Slash Les Paul Standard Plus Top Pro Premium is limited to 100 hand signed and numbered guitars, and comes with a custom leather strap and Slash hardcase.
Featuring an exquisite AAA flame maple veneer top and a nine-hole weight relief mahogany body, Slash's new signature Epiphone comes with a unique Anaconda Burst finish - which is essentially like every other burst finish, but a lucid, reptile green. The guitars also come loaded with Seymour Duncan 'Slash' Alnico II Pro humbuckers, as well as Sprauge Orange Drop capacitors for impeccable sound quality.
Elsewhere, the guitar boasts Slash's preferred 12" neck profile, a LockTone Tune-o-Matic bridge, Deluxe 18:1 machineheads and a non-rotating heavy-duty output jack. There's also a gold embossed Slash logo on the back of the headstock, as well as a certificate of authenticity for each of the limited models.
Epiphone is distributed in Australia via Australian Musical Imports.
