David Bowie's 'Space Oddity' to be reissued on vinyl for 50th anniversary

Commemorating Bowie's Breakthrough In Style

David Bowie's estate has issued a special edition 7" single package to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the late great artist's breakthrough single 'Space Oddity'.

The set is set to be issued on Friday July 12, and features two 7" singles, a double-sided poster of the original press advertisement, an alternate cover art print and an information card, making it a bumper gift for any wild-eyed Bowie fans out there.

 

 

The 7" singles include both the original mono mixed version of 'Space Oddity' and its B-Side 'Wild Eyed Boy From Freecloud', as well as remixed versions of both tracks by Bowie's longtime co-producer and engineer Tony Visconti. Check out the full package below.
