The iconic Bluesfest seems to still hold the title for the biggest festival in Australia. Now adding even more stellar acts to the lineup, the 2017 festival promises to be one of the biggest ever, with more A-list artists being added to the prestigious lineup.
The 28th Annual Bluesfest has time and time again offered nothing short of a spectacular show in terms of musical acts. With the first act announcement just recently unveiled, the festival has just announced the second round of the phenomenal lineup.
Atop the list is highly decorated R&B queen Mary J. Blige. Regarded as one of the most successful female artists of the past 25 years, with 50 million albums sold and staggering 32 Grammy nominations, the great Mary J. Blige will be entering our shores in April joining artist like Buddy Guy, Jethro Tull and The Zac Brown Band.
The second announcement also revealed that the great Corine Bailey Rae will be making her way down to Byron, as will Michael Kiwanuka, Nahko and Medicine For the People, Gallant and The Suffers.
