BIGSOUND has announced its lineup of speakers for the 2017 conference, which will be held in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley in September, including such well known figures as Archie Roach and Tina Arena.
The event is one of the biggest in the Australasian music industry and will also feature multi-award winning music supervisor Mary Ramos (Pulp Fiction, Jackie Brown ), Bandcamp chief curator Andrew Jervis, Stuart Meyer from Sub Pop and Adem Hattem of D Music Marketing, and representatvies from 4AD, Ninja Tune and Triple J.
Besides the conference there are also showcase performances happening in venues throughout Fortitude Valley every night that week and applications are now open for artists to apply to play.
