This is a massive blow to the iconic festival, arriving mere weeks after another headline act, Neil Young, also pulled out of the program. Bluesfest has stated that all ticket holders for the Monday night will now be eligible for a full refund from now until seven days after the new artist announcement for Easter Monday has been made.
