APRA ANNOUNCE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AWARD WINNERS

Including Ainslie Wills, Julia Jacklin, Funny Lumsden And More

APRA AMCOS have announced the winners of the 2017 Professional Development Awards. The PDAs are held every two years and award songwriters and composers across a range of genres with a cash prize of $15,000 each.

  • Nick Drabble (Set Mo) – Dance/Electronic
  • Damien Lane – Film and Television
  • Andrea Keller – Jazz

 

The winners were selected form over 1000 entries and chosen by a panel of judges including Lior, Mia Dyson, Leah Flanagan and more. The final list is make up of 60% female finalists and 66% female winners.
