The Strike MultiPad allows users to sample, edit, loop and perform with more ease than ever before, offering new levels of creativity and sonic potential.
The sampler function features more than 8000 samples and loops, with 32GB of storage over 6GB of content. Creation is enabled through the ability to load samples via USB or directly from the internet, the use of a built-in audio looper, and the inclusion of Pro Tools First and Ableton Live.
Elsewhere, the Strike MultiPad features nine velocity-sensitive pads with customisable RGB lights, five built-in effects processors, custom effect control, and easy audio routing.
To demonstrate the quality of their latest product, Alesis enlisted a selection of musicians to share their thoughts, including Aaron Gilespie, drummer for Underoath.
“I knew if I was integrating an electronic pad into my kit, I needed to know it was going to work perfect and flow seamlessly with the rest of my kit,” said Gilespie. “The Strike Multipad is the best I’ve ever used, period. No going back.”
