The ECC 83 dual-triode tube cir­cuitry and the out­put trans­former empha­sizes even-order har­mon­ics for rich, smooth, 3-dimensional sound that Mover has com­pared to vin­tage tube micro­phones of the past. And with a pair of Per­cep­tion 820 Tubes, he has used the micro­phones to obtain a rich, bal­anced, smooth sound.
