Underoath return with details of their first album in eight years

Erase Me marks the first LP released by the band since parting ways following the 2010 release of Ø (Disambiguation). Underoath reunited for their Rebirth Tour in 2016, and spent the summer of 2017 writing and recording their new record.

“We took a step away and then we realized that we are a family,” said singer Spencer Chamberlain. “We do miss it and we miss each other. We made the decision to never play again as Underoath and then we let that sit a couple of years. Band members rebuilt themselves and their friendships – and then we rebuilt the band.”

The announcement of Erase Me is accompanied by the first glimpse of Underoath’s new material as the band shares their first new song in almost ten years, ‘On My Teeth’. Have a listen below and let us know what you think:

Erase Me is due for release on Friday April 6 via Fearless Records/Caroline Australia. In the meantime, you can pre-order the album here.
